Tennis is an amazing sport, but one of the hardest to learn properly and can be also very frustrating at every level to get even the smallest of the improvements
Therefore Is really important for the beginners to receive the correct foundation to unleash their potential
This is true not only for beginners, but also for intermediate, amateurs, or agonists
Sometimes just a little change can deliver a huge improvement and the pleasure of playing this amazing sport
Tennis is also about beauty and elegance, and most of the time it happen to me to watch club players that are not bad, but aesthetically unpleasant, maybe because they use old fashion or totally wrong technique
I care a lot about the beauty of a shot and technique, but remember tennis is a sport where you build muscle memory, if you keep going with the same mistake for ages it's gonna be harder to correct, because the muscle memory will be stronger
The importance of proper teaching it's therefore a key point to deliver a proper game, and also aesthetically nice to watch
Despite others sports, tennis requires a sum of elements that must work together at the same time....coordination(you need to coordinate your legs, feet, harms, upper body)estimate the ball's speed, spin, direction and more..without forgetting the mental side which is important especially for agonists
Because all these elements involved, Improvements are not immediately noticed like other sports, but achieved with commitment, time and practice
One of the keys is the constancy
I'm an ex pro tennis player,I was in the top 20th of Italian Juniores
I've played and trained with Flavia Pennetta, Roberta Vinci, Potito Starace and played vs players like Juan Carlos Ferrero, Ivan Ljubicic, Tommy Robredo in international junior tournaments
Tennis was my life from 5 since 17, when I had to leave for a serious injury
I've a large experience to share and I can teach to people of all level, from young kids to amateurs, beginners or pro players
I'm offering individual lessons or group lessons for a maximum of 4 people.
good life and good tennis
