Talk4 Telecoms is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our Business Telecom Campaigns.
You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
â¢ To make outbound calls to organise appointments
â¢ Targeting any type of business sector within a geographical location.
â¢ Obtain qualifying information from the potential customer such as current provider and current expenditure, and a copy of their current bill.
â¢ Your objective is to make appointments for the field sales representative to visit.
â¢ Ideally you will have a background of appointment making in the telecoms
â¢ Handling Inbound calls from potential or existing customers
â¢ Flexible / Adaptable working in a quiet environment
â¢ Order processing and accurate data entry
â¢ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new Talk4 Telecoms Telephone Lines and Fibre-optic offers.
â¢ Enter and update customer information in the database
â¢ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
â¢ Go the âextra mileâ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
â¢ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Experience and Skills:
â¢ Experience of Telesales is essential
â¢ Experience of Telecoms services is preferred but not essential
â¢ Proven experience of high level of customer service
â¢ Previous experience in telesales and a call centre environment is essential
â¢ Ability to communicate and work effectively with clients, employees and teams at all levels, ability to work as part of a team
â¢ GBP 9 Per Hour Basic pay OTE GBP 25K-30K
â¢ Uncapped commission
