Boscawen Farm, near Truro, has a number of exciting new positions for support workers covering shifts throughout the week, evenings and weekends
Support Workers will be given the necessary training to fulfil the role but prior knowledge is advantageous
All shifts are supporting adults with a learning disability to fulfil their work and education at the farm, a car driver isn't essential but is preferable due to the location.

There are three vacancies, 2x 37.5 hours and 1x 24 hours per week

What we need from you

You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect
You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed
You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
