We are looking for a motivated and experienced Support Worker to work in our enabling services for people with additional needs
The activities are community based and will require travelling in the community using public transport or driving your own or person we support's vehicle
The role will be varied and we require an individual who is flexible, adaptive and can use their initiative when lone working in the community
You will be supporting people to develop their independence and employability skills
You will be required to plan activities and evaluate & record progress, IT skills are essential
Due to the nature of the role a driver is essential.
