RNB GIRL GROUP (London)

Hi, my name is michelle and I wish to start a girl group composed of three people including myself
I'm looking for girls who are deeply wish to persue a career in music, obviously love rnb/hip hop
I'd love for the girls to be around the ages of 17-19 and live in london
The girl group will be staring from the beginning the members should be able to bring in ideas, depending on those who are successful in the interviews, rehersal and other things will be scheduled around the members' timetable
I do not have any sponsors, contract or a label but only connections
Hopefully the groups talent will enable us to perform at big shows
MOST IMPORTANTLY, you must be able to harmonise and dance.
