We have a new opportunity for a Reception Shift Leader to come and join our Front of House team
As a shift leader you will be there to meet the guest expectations, provide exceptional service for all guests, and ensure that all departmental procedures are adhered to and that the shift runs smoothly from a guest and team perspective.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of a busy hotel reception, knowledge of a hotel booking system
But more than that, we’re looking for a positive, flexible attitude, great guest interaction and communication.

The position will include a mixture of shifts (early, middle and late shifts on a rotational basis with an occasional night shift) including weekends.

Excellent level of English both verbal and written

Minimum of 1 year Reception experience

Good organisation and administration skills

Friendly, outgoing personality

Smart appearance

Detail orientated


Previous reception Shift Leader experience

Good PC Skills

Opera experience

3* / 4* / 5* hotel experience
