We are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant based in our office in Brentford, London
This role reports to our Head of Software Development is tasked with investigating and documenting manual and IT processes with the aim of improving our already efficient in-house systems.

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual with very strong oral and written communication skills
The main responsibilities include:

• Assisting in project management of assigned projects throughout the planning, delivery and installation phases to ensure the project is completed within agreed parameters of scope, cost, timescale and quality;
• Researching and documenting internal and external sales and administration processes;
• Maintaining good user and developer relationships by acting as a go-between and communicator with the various departments;
• Act as a first point of contact for urgent requests and requirements, emails and messages in relation to IT issues identified by users;
• Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of IT requests;
• Communicate with technical departments and occasionally with business partners to deal with any integration or technical queries;
• Small project management;
• Other general office duties in support of the IT department.

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively and strong Microsoft skills are essential to being successful in this role
We are looking for an individual who can:
• Identify, plan problem solve & communicate efficiently and effectively;
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer (users) service;
• Work on own initiative but provide support to team;
• Be flexible and adaptable to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
• Be forthright, but constructive, prepared to challenge existing practices, offer constructive criticism & workable alternatives.

This is a full-time roll and extensive training will be provided.

The role is immediately available and in return for your efforts we will offer an annual salary of £18,000 depending upon experience.
