At Select Norwich, we are currently recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Administrator on behalf of our client, a market leader in consultation, design and installation of commercial interiors in the East Anglia area.

Working within the small team of 10 in the open-planned office, the Project Administrator will have the opportunity to receive further training in order to develop their skill set.



The Role:

* The Project Administrator with report directly to, and work closely with the Project Coordinator
* Responsible for liaising with customers, suppliers and site operatives on a daily basis, to ensure that each project runs smoothly
* Use initiative to overcome any problems efficiently and effectively, remaining professional at all times
* The main duties of the Project Administrator will be purchasing, circulating drawings, Health and Safety responsibilities, etc.
* Work methodically yet quickly in order to meet deadlines





Experience and Skills Required:

* Attention to detail, working with 100% accuracy at all times
* Minimum of B grade in Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
* Experienced and knowledgeable working with all MS Office software, in particular Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* The Project Administrator must be comfortable working with numbers and data in a high pressure environment
* Effective relationship builder

Salary and Benefits:

* Salary of £18,000 - 22,000 depending on experience
