Basic 20k – 25k plus benefits

A well-known name in the provision of construction / technical recruitment is looking for an experienced Office Manager with a flair for marketing and social media to join its friendly team in Bristol.

The position is to support all the consultants in all aspects of their day to day work
As the Office Manager within this small and friendly team, the role will include cv preparation, building candidate pipeline via advertising, candidate sourcing on job boards, sending interview confirmations, taking references and ensuring the database is cleansed and up to date
You will also be responsible for the smooth running of the office in terms of procurement of office supplies and services, such as telephone/internet service, as well as organising team-building/social events when required.

Another key element of this role is responsibility for the company’s website and its social media presence by producing regular and original marketing content for a range of social media and industry-specific platforms
Further ad hoc tasks that you would associate with a busy, sales driven office may be asked of you too so no two days are the same
A fantastically varied role that will combine your administration, organisational and marketing skills.

You will have previous experience in a busy recruitment administration/office management role
Due to the marketing element of this role, a marketing-related degree or hands on marketing experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Salary is dependent on experience with a basic from 20k - circa 23k although there might be more flexibility for the right candidate.
