Carrot Cars is an award winning, Canary Wharf based Minicab Company that is looking to find controller who is customer focused to aid with its ever growing demand
Offering a 24 hour, cheap, clean, reliable service; offering a great customer experience is the key element of our dedicated operator team.

Main Duties:

Call centre duties: answering incoming calls and making bookings
Controlling
Taking and checking bookings
Using Echo - Best Dispatch system available
Email correspondence
Dealing with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner at all times
Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Assist other members of the team when needed

Essential Experience/Requirements:

Customer service experience in high volume environments (restaurants, hotels etc.)
High level of spoken English
Logistically minded
Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism
Computer skill
Typing, spelling and good knowledge of London is advantageous

Training is provided at pay rate £8.31p/h (2 weeks) rising to between £9.00p/h and £12.00p/h after successful completion of your training program
Thereafter your pay will be reviewed every 4 months and increased according to your performance.

PLUS Regular target driven BONUSES and staff outings.
