Alright out there...

I'm a 31 year old bass player looking to meet up with nice, like minded folk to create some sounds.
Nothing stressful, just planning to start up fairly casual, flexible types of jam sessions.

I have been playing, recording and touring for around 14 years with a selection of bands and styles throughout my ages.

I have taken some time away from bands for a year or two now but continue to play and am now wanting to start jamming and making noise with others.

On the hunt for whoever, whatever instrument, just searching for people who share the same vibe of musical influences and feel.

Generally going with a 1970s psychedelic desert fuzz blues feel
A jam based, stoner loose groove is what direction I would like to play towards
I am a big fan of anything with a killer riff, a groove, or just jam based nonsense.

If you like any of these, we will probably get along.
Kyuss.
Tool.
The Mars Volta.
Explosions In The Sky.
Causa Sui.
Clutch.
Fu Manchu.
Earthless.
Primus.

It does not necessarily have to be that 'heavy', just looking to make noises with people who get these bands and musicians.

If you want to meet up, have a chat, play something, then give me a shout.
Open to all other musicians, whatever instrument.
It would be great to meet someone with a rehearsal space, but obviously not essential.

Cheers all.

John.
