My client is a family owned Sparkling Wine company, who are expanding
They are an established company and unique in many ways.

They are looking for a Hospitality Operations Executive to join their team, as they are seeking to create a World Class hospitality experience for their valuable customers, trade & lifestyle media, key influencers & sponsorship alliances.

Their ideal person will be experienced with events/ operations and understand the luxury & prestige sector as you will be responsible for their 3 hospitality areas, ensuring every single guest experience is memorable, luxurious and represents their brand always.

You will take an active part in the general running, upkeep and maintenance of these hospitality areas
Planning & liaising with caterers, florists & cleaners.

Key Responsibilities

* Organise, manage and host events at their vineyard
* Represent the brand to all guests and visitors to the vineyard including press, trade, internal teams, brand partners, consumers and end customers, ensuring a professional and polite customer service is provided at all times
* Ensure that all experiences are in-line with their luxury brand credentials and reflect their commitment to exceptional quality
* Support the planning and execution of any brand experiences or private residence requests
* Day to day management of all facilities, in co-ordination with the Facilities team
To include logistics, internal and external upkeep, stocking, services, cleanliness, gardens and pool upkeep
* Communicate the event calendars to Event Managers on a weekly basis
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers, building relationships to ensure the best service always, discussing any issues and ways of improving the service
* Create post event reports detailing the success of the event with the overview and images to be sent to senior management and the CEO
* Track all costs for individual events and input data in the events budget


* Degree Educated in Events or hospitality preferred
* Minimum 3 years' experience with Junior Operations or Events planning
* Good knowledge & interest in wine & the wine industry
* Experience dealing with C level clients
* IT literate - Microsoft packages
* WSET - Level 1 or above desirable
