As Finance/Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective provision and management of all financial matters and the day to day organisation of the office and support functions
You will ensure accurate financial reporting to defined timelines and be responsible for implementing improvements to current financial management and reporting activities as well as to general office practices and processes.

Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met and foreseeing and resolving any discrepancies prior to issue

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities including manufacturing and working capital forecasts to give full visibility to allow for accurate financial planning and management

Manage and implement tax planning initiatives i.e
loss planning, patent box legislation whilst ensuring the Group risk profile is managed on an ongoing basis

Work with the Management Team to formulate short and long-term financial initiatives to manage working capital to maximise cash generation, profitability and sustainable growth

Lead financial audit preparation and fully manage the audit process

Ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and organise and prioritise activities and support services to meet internal and external customer expectations

Finance/Office Manager | Accounting | ACCA | Accounts Manager | Navision | Tax Planning

Essential Criteria:

* Proven experience in similar role
* Experience /familiarity with accounting practices in India would be an advantage
* ACCA qualified or equivalent would be an advantage
* Background in hi-tech or manufacturing industry
* Previous experience of using Navision would be an advantage
* Commercially astute
* Eye for detail
* Strong technical knowledge
* Strong organisation skills
* Strong planning and decision making
