A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, and enthusiastic Head Chef to join the team as the Maison Bleue family of restaurants expands!
We are currently searching for a Head Chef, as our business continues to grow and develop
Candidates will have experience in various cuisines, but most importantly French style food, modern Scottish and Mediterranean
The position is specifically for Maison Bleue Le Bistrot, a 45 cover restaurant in the heart of Morningside.
Your position as Head Chef would require you to be in charge of all aspects of kitchen management including rota costing, menu costing, P&L, working to margins and budgets, Food Hygiene, and kitchen staff recruitment and training.
Applicants must have a creative approach to their work, be highly enthusiastic and have the willingness to succeed and take the restaurants to the next level
This said it is paramount that they are willing to work alongside the proprietor to an already established and successful formula!
