Customer Service Administrator

Signature Recruitment are currently seeing a Customer Service Administrator to join a property company in Central Bristol (parking available)
Providing excellent support to the customer service team this role will suit someone who is highly organised who loves to be part of a small and busy team.

Main duties:
• Setting up new supplier and customer details on in house system
• Raising PO’s and processing invoices
• Creating open job reports weekly
• Organising welcome letters for all new customers
• Other adhoc admin duties as required

Key experience required:
• Highly organised and able to prioritise and manage own work load
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proactive approach to tasks
• IT Literate
• Experience within a customer service environment
• Team player

This is a full time, permanent position offering £19,000
