Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of their Client for a Client Liaison Officer, for a temporary Contract in Costessey, Norwich.

Our Client is a large family run Construction Firm who works in Civil Engineering and large groundworks, contract builds, small groundworks and civils maintenance; and they are looking for a respectable individual who can act as Client Liaison Officer on one of their Remedial Projects in Norfolk.

Job Description

The Client Liaison officer is responsible for sharing information relating to the work that our Client is undertaking with members of the public
To provide a professional, efficient and accurate first line liaison support to clients
Developing strong client relationships, ensuring effective delivery of client objectives and working closely with the operational team
The Client Liaison Officer is accountable for providing a professional, accurate and effective service and is the face of the project.

You will -

- Provide first line liaison support and communication to clients
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
- Handle and resolve client queries via agreed communication channels
- Ensure client service levels are managed, handled and responded to within the required timelines
- Demonstrate a consistent and accurate approach to data processing
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties as appropriately assigned by your line manager
- Effectively deal with all customer issues
- Deal with all customer chases and repeat contacts ensuring customer issues do not turn into customer complaints

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience of working within a customer service environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* IT literate
* Pleasant and friendly manner, able to remain calm when dealing with angry customers
* Be able to work in a team or under your own supervision and initiative

This is a temporary contract and is for 5 months; due to start w/c 28/08/2017.

Pay rate is £10 - £12 per hour.
