We are now looking for talented people in all positions as Ollie Dabbous & his team create a brand new flagship restaurant based in Mayfair, Central London W1.

There will be two dining rooms – the ground floor will offer high quality all day dining for breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as World-class afternoon teas from an exciting, innovative Michelin standard menu.

The second, the Mezzanine will be aiming for two Michelin * cuisine
The menu will use the very best ingredients, respectfully treated, to create light elegant dishes, both organic & theatrical, delivered from spacious, state of the art, air-conditioned kitchens.

We are looking for Chef de Rang/ Waiters/Waitresses who’s experience suits either style of dining.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to perhaps be part of their first restaurant opening & gain valuable experience of working in London fine dining.

The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware being created for us by ceramicists throughout the UK & Europe.

Service will showcase the vast range of skills at your disposal by bringing elements of theatricality to the dining room.

The wine-list will be an impressive collection of the most select vintages & producers, as well as being the largest wine-list anywhere in London.

Destined to be the biggest opening of 2018, this venture is also being designed with a view to creating a sustainable working environment that helps to promote a healthy work/life balance for all staff, allowing you to grow & develop your career.

As Chef De Rang/Waiter/Waitress your duties will include:
• Managing a section within the restaurant efficiently and professionally
• Awareness of the menu and preparation of dishes
• Completing the set up of the restaurant
• Building a rapport with regular guests
• Maintaining the standards set for service by the Restaurant Manager

You should have a minimum of 2 year fine dining experience with Michelin * or similar standard of service.

You will be working alongside Ollie & the restaurant team playing a crucial role in the delivery of one of the most innovative Michelin standard fine dining experiences offered anywhere.

Salary £26,000

Right to work in the UK essential.
