A busy city pub in the square mile , close to large banks and big office blocks
Buzzy all day long, with city drinkers, with a 'city' beer garden for the summer months.
Our menu changes when the leaves fall, the temperature drops, the flowers come out and the sun shines
So while we always have pub favourites (with a bit of extra TLC on top), thereâs always something new to work on too.
Our pubs are all about the people in them â the staff and the locals â so weâre more interested in who you are and what makes you tick
Besides, we canât put the things weâre looking for into a simple job description
We canât sum up someoneâs character, their laugh, their get-the-job-done-brilliantly determination
Thatâs who weâre after.
If youâve got a year or twoâs experience in a busy kitchen, great
But if you havenât, as long as youâre a fast learner whoâs full of ideas and keen to be part of a hard-working team, then thatâs fine by us too
