Forge are working with a blue chip contract catering site in the heart of the city to recruit a Chef de Partie for their Italian trattoria.
The restaurant serves a simple quality menu of pizza's, pasta's, antipasti and simple mains for lunch service only Monday to Friday.
The Chef de Partie will work very closely with the Sous Chef to deliver a great standard of food and service.
Salary: Â£22, 500
Core Hours: M-f 7am - 4pm
We are looking to hear from Chef de Partie's with experience in similar kitchens and a passion for simple Italian fayre.
