Hours of Work (Full time)
• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 out of any 7 days to cover 365 days of the year
28 days paid holiday

Scope of the position:
The scope of this role will be to:
• Effectively communicate with all customers in the first instance of their Assembly House experience.
• To understand all aspects of The Assembly House product in each area of the business.
• To assist customers with their bookings and accurately record information
• Deal with all incoming bookings quickly, professionally and effectively
• Retain a positive mental attitude at all times

Key Duties
• Daily answering of incoming phone calls and emails directed to The assembly House
• Take small event bookings from the initial enquiry through to completion and handover of final details to the floor team
• Produce customer invoices for all rendezvous event bookings
• Collect enquiry forms for all event enquiries for analysis
• Various basic accounts work on request of our Accounts manager
• Meet with clients to discuss upcoming conference and event details
• Conduct show arounds with perspective clients to promote the house and gain their business
• Update details for upcoming events on both event plans and rendezvous
• Take bedroom bookings using the welcome reservation system
• Promote sales of bedrooms alongside conferences and events
• Take cookery school event bookings using the Eventbrite system
• Finalise small event booking and conference booking details 2 weeks prior to event so that final invoices can be prepared.
• Upsell products to meeting and event bookings to maximise revue
E.g drinks, rooms, canapes etc.
• Follow up enquiries and show arounds with perspective clients
• Prepare event folders for foh staff as necessary.
